Ingredients:
Each tablet contains Pregabalin 50 mg.

Direction of Use:
Take exactly as prescribed by your physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Continue the medication even if symptoms improve unless advised otherwise.

Indication:
Neuropathic pain (e.g., diabetic neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia)
Fibromyalgia
Generalized anxiety disorder
Adjunctive therapy for partial seizures in adults

Pharmacology:
Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This action reduces the release of several neurotransmitters (such as glutamate, noradrenaline, and substance P), thereby relieving neuropathic pain and seizures.

Dosage & Administration:
The typical starting dose is 50 mg two to three times daily. Dosage may be adjusted by the physician based on response and tolerability, up to a maximum of 600 mg/day in divided doses.

How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food.
Take at the same time(s) each day for best results.
Do not stop taking abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Interaction:
Pregabalin may interact with:
CNS depressants (e.g., opioids, benzodiazepines) – increased risk of sedation
Alcohol – enhances drowsiness and dizziness
Antidiabetic agents – monitor for peripheral edema

Known hypersensitivity to Pregabalin or any of its components
