Tab. Alphapress 1mg contains Prazosin Hydrochloride, an alpha-1 adrenergic blocker used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow, thereby lowering blood pressure and easing urination.

Adjunct in treating congestive heart failure (CHF)
